    Yes, we are a pet-friendly property and your four-legged friends are welcome in all our apartments (Il Boma, La Prua and Le Vele) at a cost of €30.

    Yes, it's €30 for the entire stay.

  • Are there green areas nearby for walking the dog?

    The residence is located in a quiet residential area and offers outdoor spaces and proximity to nature trails. There's also a dedicated dog area in front at Via Monte Baldo 91.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM. We'd appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival time via WhatsApp. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on your departure day.

  • Do the apartments have air conditioning?

    Yes, all our apartments are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort even in summer.

  • Is the kitchen fully equipped? What will I find upon arrival?

    Yes, each kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including appliances and dishes. You'll also find salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and sugar, as well as a tea towel, dish sponge, and dish soap.

  • Is there reserved parking?

    Yes, we offer secure on-site parking for our guests.

  • Is the pool for private use or shared?

    The pool is shared between the mini-residence guests and the hosts. Please note that pets are not allowed in the area.

  • What are the pool's opening hours?

    The pool is accessible 24 hours a day, but its use is the guest's sole responsibility. Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM so as not to disturb other guests.

  • Do you provide pool towels?

    Pool towels are not included in our standard supply; however, you will find some towels available in the gazebo area.

  • How far is the residence from the center of Garda and the lake?

    We are in an enviable location: a very quiet residential area just a short walk from the town center and the lake shores.

  • What sports activities can be practiced nearby?

    The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, and water sports. We'll be happy to recommend the best itineraries for exploring nature and the magic of the lake.

  • Are the apartments suitable for families with small children?

    Absolutely. We have spacious two-bedroom apartments with two separate bedrooms, ideal for ensuring privacy and comfort for the whole family.

  • Is there Wi-Fi for smart working?

    Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and TV on demand in the living rooms.

  • Is there bicycle parking?

    We have an outdoor bicycle parking area, with dedicated racks where you can lock your bikes for added security.

  • Is it possible to self-check in if I arrive late in the evening?

    If you plan to arrive late in the evening, please let us know via WhatsApp or call: we will arrange for the self-check-in procedures to be sent.

  • Is there a washing machine available for guests or inside the apartments?

    All apartments have a washing machine for exclusive use. Please note that detergent is not provided.

  • Do you have luggage storage if I arrive before check-in time?

    If you plan to arrive before 4:00 PM, please let us know. If the apartment is ready, we'll be happy to welcome you immediately; otherwise, you can leave your bags with us.

  • Is there an elevator or are the apartments only accessible by stairs?

    No, we don't have an elevator.

  • How far is the nearest bus stop for those who don't want to use a car?

    The nearest bus stop is at the bus station, where the Garda Pharmacy is also located. To reach the town center or the station, you can also take the shuttle bus; the most convenient stop is at the intersection of Via per Marciaga and Via Sammicheli.

  • Do you have secure storage for bicycles or sports equipment?

    For the "Le Vele" apartment, two or three bicycles can be stored inside, in the private stairwell. For the other apartments, outdoor parking is available (where you can lock your bikes to the racks).

  • Is there an electric car charging station in the parking lot or nearby?

    No, we don't have any internal charging stations. They're located in the town of Garda.

  • Do you provide a free cot or high chair upon request?

    A cot is available for €15 for the entire stay, while a high chair is provided free of charge upon request (subject to availability).

  • Is there a public playground near the residence?

    It is located on Via Paolo Veronese near the Villa Madrina hotel.

  • How often are linens and towels changed?

    For stays longer than 8 nights, a linen change and quick apartment cleaning are included. Additional cleaning services or linen changes are available upon request for a fee.

  • Do Smart TVs allow access to my Netflix or YouTube account?

    Yes, they are smart TVs.

  • What are the cancellation terms in case of unforeseen circumstances?

    For non-refundable rates or deposits, a voucher will be issued. For standard rates, please contact us.

    Don't let the rain ruin your plans! We recommend a relaxing day at the Aquardens spa or Villa dei Cedri. For culture lovers, the Wine and Olive Oil Museums in Bardolino offer indoor tours with tastings. If you prefer shopping, the Grand'Affi shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away.
